Refund Policy

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Some products, including opened oils or other goods that can’t safely be returned by post, may not be eligible. Contact us if you’re unsure.

How to request a return

Email info@racedistrict.com.au with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

If your return is approved, Race District will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. We’ll provide the return address with those instructions.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights are separate from our 30-day change-of-mind policy.

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

We may not accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been used, opened, installed, or are not in their original packaging. We may also be unable to accept items that can’t safely be transported back, including certain opened oils or other hazardous goods.

Sale items and gift cards aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

To get a different item, request a return under this policy and place a separate order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

We’ll contact you after we receive and inspect an approved return. If it’s accepted, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at info@racedistrict.com.au.
